5. How long do we keep your personal data?
Pursuant to Article 7/f.1 of the KVKK, your personal
data shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by us when the purpose of
processing your personal data ceases and/or when the legal periods for which we
are obliged to keep your data in accordance with the relevant legislation
expire.
6. What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, to the extent
that your personal data is processed by SCHMART as a data controller; you have
the right to
- Learn whether any of your personal data has been
processed;
- Request information regarding the processing activities
of your personal data;
- Learn the purposes of processing your personal
data;
- Learn these persons if personal data has been
transferred to third parties in the country or abroad;
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete
or incorrectly processed;
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal

- Request that the deletion and correction processes
